    MR TONY WALLACE
    (RN, B.BUS Acctg), MHA UNSW, FCPA, FAICD

    Tony has extensive administrative and clinical
    experience in hospital management in both mental
    health and medical/surgical hospitals. Tony is a
    registered nurse, qualified CPA tax accountant as
    well as holding a Master in Health Administration.
    He has a particular expertise in financial management of hospitals,
     management structures, and program development.

    During his career in hospital management, Tony managed Sydney facilities
    for both large for-profit and not-for-profit hospitals. Tony is a senior surveyor
    with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards and is a qualified board director, including being the chair of a superannuation board.

    MR BERNARD McNAIR
    (RN, Grad Dip NSEMGT FANZCMHN)

    Bernard has extensive experience in both the
    public and private sector as both a clinician and
    administrator. Bernard has a particular interest in
    program development (inpatient and day patients), hospital leadership and consumer and carer advocacy. Bernard has managed facilities for both large for-profit and not-for-profit hospitals.

    Additionally Bernard has extensive advocacy
    experience through work with The Mental Health
    Council of Australia, the Mental Illness Fellowship
    of Australia and beyondblue – the National
    Depression Initiative. Bernard is a senior surveyor with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards.
